  • Organise manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site operations.
  • Monitor site works, progress, productivity, and quality to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve site-related issues.
  • Maintain records of site activities, manpower attendance, and work progress.
