Job Summary

Lead and manage project schedules, risks, and outcomes to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to optimize resource use, drive project implementation, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project schedule and proactively control risks to ensure successful project outcomes
• Manage operations SLA, daily project activities, and departmental affairs to maintain smooth workflows
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with R&D center, office teams, large project groups, and director’s office to align project goals
• Engage with customers at various levels to develop shared milestone targets and promote optimal resource allocation for project success
• Monitor and address all project delays to minimize impact on delivery timelines
• Develop and finalize on-site customer plans, including tests, acceptance, migration, and documentation, in collaboration with SC and engineering managers
• Evaluate project team members’ performance and allocate project rewards based on appraisal outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proven experience in project management with demonstrated coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in project operations workflows and system tools such as Jira

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong professional ethics and a high sense of responsibility
