Working Hours: 5 days office hours
Salary: $3100

Job Scope:

• Prepare and complete all documentation associated with the checking, design, printing, and control of all labels and code break envelopes.
• Design and generate master label, leaflet and code break envelope proofs in accordance with in-house/customer specification.
• Ensure absolute accuracy in the storage, handling, supply and control of printed and pre-printed materials throughout the entire process.
• Ensure the labelling systems and Inventory Management system are accurately and effectively operated in order to achieve the highest level of accuracy against departmental processes / procedures.
• Monitor stocks levels within Label Control Operations to ensure there is no stockout situation. Raise purchase request or make arrangement with relevant parties for replenishment of materials.
• Prepare pre-printed material.
• Issue of approved labels to Production.
• Print and Check approved randomised and open labels, ancillary labels, distribution labels, leaflets and codebreak envelopes.
• Check Master Label Approvals and generate randomised study databases
• Communicate effectively with all other departments to ensure that material and orders  are managed effectively within the department.
• Ensure that the Label Control storage and processing areas are maintained to the  very highest levels of housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Ensure processing of all labels is carried out in accordance with GMP and as detailed in relevant SOPs.  Inform Supervisor or Manager of all incidents/occurrences which may affect label quality or integrity.
• Assist with the co-ordination of Customer audits / visits within the department
• Complete monthly production analysis figures e.g. timesheets, logs and reports.
• Assist in the generation and review of SOPs.
• Execute the cutover, delivery and implementation of new  computerised solutions, processes and procedures applicable to the Label Control  function.
• Facilitate the delivery and implementation of selected business projects within the Label Control department.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field
• Preferably some experience in printing/ admin background
• High attention to detail, able to spot mistakes in the printed labels
