Job Summary

Lead and optimize supply chain operations to ensure cost-effective, efficient processes while managing vendor relationships and delivering actionable insights to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chain activities including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and disposal to ensure seamless operations
• Analyze operational data and processes to identify issues and implement creative solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Generate detailed reports and present findings to senior management and cross-functional teams to inform decision-making
• Manage logistics and update inventory records to maintain accurate stock levels and support supply chain transparency
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure shipping and delivery meet quality and safety standards consistently
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, buyers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives
• Manage a business unit or corporate function with significant organizational impact, driving performance and operational excellence
• Comprehend and apply relevant legal documents to ensure compliance across supply chain activities
• Participate in intensive training programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role

Operating hours:
Monday to Friday: 7.30AM - 5.00PM, 8.30AM - 6.00PM
