Job Summary
Coordinate architectural drawings and site activities to ensure quality construction aligned with approved plans and regulations. Manage materials, subcontractors, and compliance to deliver projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and review architectural shop drawings with structural and M&E layouts to identify and resolve discrepancies before construction.
- Monitor on-site architectural works to ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, and master schedules.
- Manage submission, tracking, and approval of architectural material samples and mock-ups with consultants and clients.
- Support the project team in ensuring architectural installations comply with Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with architectural subcontractors to clarify technical details, oversee workmanship, and resolve daily site issues.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Building Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or related fields.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in architectural coordination or site supervision within the Singapore construction sector.
- Proficiency in architectural drafting and viewing software such as AutoCAD and BIM/Revit.
- Knowledge of local building materials, construction methods, and workmanship quality standards like CONQUAS.
- Strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
