岗位职责
Purchasing Information Management: Manage purchasing information and systems, liaise with other departments for inventory matters, and verify stock status for purchase order pricing and quantity.
Inventory Management: Periodically check stock levels to ensure they are within safe tolerance limits for just-in-time delivery. Handle all documentation and follow-up with suppliers, including stock returns, insurance claims, rebates, and credit notes.
Order Processing: Process purchase orders to vendors after consolidating the lowest prices and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
Record Keeping: Maintain purchasing records and files, prepare and check requisitions, reports, vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy. Perform data entry for requisition data and issue purchase orders for materials and services.
Stock Adjustments: Perform stock adjustments for sample receiving from suppliers and stock transfers in the Globe3 system asneeded.
Sales Coordination: Coordinate with sales personnel regarding the ordering of goods and services and ensure timely delivery.
Reporting and Inventory Monitoring: Submit monthly POS reports and inventory data to stakeholders, monitor monthly safety inventory levels to meet sales forecasts, and update project costing.
Annual Stock Take: Perform yearly stock take and support daily operations at third-party warehouses.
