• Integrate external systems through REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Implement secure authentication using Azure AD.
• Optimize AI prompts and conversation flows.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain enterprise AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable AI applications.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI.
• Experience with Azure AI and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage.
