On behalf of our clients, we are hiring a highly driven Process Engineer based in Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and enhance manufacturing processes and SOPs to ensure efficiency, consistency, and product quality
• Drive implementation of customer technical requirements and project roadmaps aligned with PCBA capabilities
• Apply DFM & DFT principles to improve manufacturability, reliability, and testing efficiency
• Analyze production workflows, cycle times, and bottlenecks to identify optimization opportunities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and automation solutions
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes into mass production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) to resolve process issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Monitor process performance to meet operational KPIs and customer expectations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role
• Strong knowledge of process optimization & continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in DFM & DFT practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
