Monthly Salary: Up to $3,100 (Negotiable)
Working Address: Bishan
Working Hours: 5 Day Work Week

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and cook food according to kitchen standards and recipes

• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and housekeeping at all times

• Perform daily kitchen duties including stock checking and inventory control

• Ensure regular cleaning of all kitchen areas and equipment

• Supervise and support kitchen staff as required

• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by management

• Report directly to the Chef-in-Charge

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Japanese or Western cuisine

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Team player with a responsible and proactive attitude
