Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Office Administrator to support daily office operations, training administration and customer communication.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration and documentation
- Assist with training registration, attendance, certificates and filing
- Communicate with clients, participants and vendors through WhatsApp, email and phone
- Prepare quotations, invoices, letters and basic reports
- Maintain records, schedules and office files in an organised manner
- Assist in HRD Corp / training-related documentation when required
- Support daily operation of the training centre and other administrative tasks assigned by management
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Education:
Experience:
- Office administration / clerical / customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
