Job Description

E-Commerce Fulfillment

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining excellent packaging and presentation standards.
• Generate invoices and coordinate courier collections and deliveries to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Product Listings & Inventory Management

• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain organised inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

Administrative & Customer Support

• Assist with stocktaking, inventory reconciliation, and routine inventory checks.
• Provide administrative support for daily e-commerce operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via website live chat, e-commerce platforms, WhatsApp, and social media channels.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Well-organised with strong time management and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
