Role Description The Maintenance Technician role is a on-site position based in Singapore. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on Kopi Brewery’s IoT-enabled kioks to ensure safe, reliable, and consistent operation. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues, carrying out preventive maintenance schedules, and replacing or calibrating parts as needed. The Maintenance Technician will respond to service calls, document maintenance activities, and collaborate with operations and customer support teams to minimize downtime and maintain agreed service levels. The role also involves adhering to safety standards, maintaining tools and inventory, and providing feedback to improve equipment performance and maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for vending machines or similar automated systems.
• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and basic IoT-related issues.
• Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing scheduled servicing.
• Candidates should possess Industrial Maintenance experience, ideally within F&B, vending, or manufacturing environments.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in engineering, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in Singapore and respond promptly to service requests.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to keep clear maintenance records.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
