Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary Range: $2,600 to $3,300 per month, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly payroll calculation and processing for approximately 150 employees.
- Prepare payroll twice a month, ensuring accurate salary computation, overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF contributions, and other payroll-related matters.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records accurately.
- Assist in checking attendance records, timesheets, leave records, and overtime claims before payroll processing.
- Assist in minor HR administrative matters, including preparation of appointment letters, employment documents, confirmation letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Assist in IRAS tax clearance matters for foreign employees when required.
- Support work pass and staff documentation matters where necessary.
- Handle employee payroll enquiries and coordinate with operations team on payroll-related issues.
- Ensure payroll and HR records are properly filed and kept confidential.
- Perform other administrative and HR support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior payroll or HR administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or manpower-related industry will be an advantage.
- Able to handle payroll for a sizeable workforce.
- Knowledge of CPF, MOM requirements, overtime calculation, and basic employment matters will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Ms Office and familiar with info-tech payroll system
- Careful, responsible, and able to meet payroll deadlines.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality of staff information.
