Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory movement, stock control, and warehouse staff coordination. The role requires strong organisation, discipline, and the ability to ensure smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Monitor stock accuracy by conducting regular inventory checks and supporting stocktake activities to maintain proper inventory control
• Ensure goods are stored safely and neatly according to company standards to prevent damage and loss
• Coordinate stock movement with procurement, logistics, outlets, and internal departments to maintain smooth workflow
• Assign tasks to warehouse staff and monitor their work performance to meet operational targets
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards to comply with health and safety regulations
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, slow-moving items, and operational issues promptly for corrective action
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflow efficiency to optimize operations
• Ensure accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods to maintain traceability and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Supervisory experience in warehouse operations or inventory control
• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory or stock management systems
• Forklift licence is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties when required
