全职 Warehouse Assistant Jobs, salary up to SGD 2,600 in BARRY CALLEBAUT CHOCOLATE ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. North (Singapore) - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Manage the inbound and outbound logistics and storage of all finished goods, raw and packaging material in accordance with Company’s quality and safety standards.
• Responsible and oversee the day-to-day warehouse receiving transaction and the export preparation.
• Ensure effective planning, coordination and execution of warehouse operations from system.
• Participate in continually improving logistics and warehousing function within the Supply Chain Department with the aim of ensuring optimum level of resource utilization to meet production, inventory, and customer service needs within process, facility and cost constraints.
• Keep track on daily operation usage of indirect and direct material usage without any impactor stoppage to production run.
• Ensure proper shift handover to the next team and record all outstanding and unresolved issue to the next team for closure of action.
• Assist the warehouse Team Lead on the day-to-day operation, ensure each activity is followed thru according to SOP.
• Any other duties & responsibilities to be assigned from time to time relating to warehouse function by Warehouse & Logistic Manager.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Forklift Driving Certification
• Has supply chain related knowledge

• Experience in working in a food related industry is a plus
• Min. N level with at least 3 years relevant supply chain working experience
