Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Personal Driver to support our Managing Director. This role involves providing safe, punctual, and discreet chauffeur services, primarily transporting the Managing Director for business and work-related engagements across Singapore. The ideal candidate is professional, trustworthy, flexible with timing, and committed to safety and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely chauffeur the Managing Director to and from meetings, appointments, and business engagements
• Plan routes in advance and adjust for traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrival
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times
• Be on standby and available for ad-hoc trips or schedule changes at short notice
• Assist with light errands (e.g. picking up documents, parcels, or items) as needed
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of trips where required
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the Managing Director's schedule and conversations
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving licence
• Clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and highly discreet
• Flexible with working hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or short-notice requests
• Basic communication skills in English
• Prior experience as a personal driver preferred
