MUSEE PLATINUM TOKYO operates over 20 salons in Asia, providing professional hair removal services with care and confidentiality. They train consultants and therapists to deliver expert advice and personalized treatment for customer confidence and satisfaction.

About the Role:
Join our team in a structured and supportive environment where you will play an important role in maintaining and organizing customer records. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy working with data in a systematic way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitize and scan customer profiles into the system on a daily basis
• Ensure all customer documents (e.g. profiles, member IDs, treatment records, remarks, invoices) are complete and well-organized prior to scanning
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records
• Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness after scanning
• Organize and manage scanned files for easy retrieval
• Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc duties when required

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable with basic computer and data entry tasks
• Responsible, reliable, and able to meet daily targets
• Able to handle confidential information with care
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in admin or data entry is a plus (training provided)

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
