Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT operations and related issues, providing support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, VPN, and end-user devices.
Set up and configure PCs, including Windows OS deployment and software installation.
Oversee and manage IT assets, software licenses, and equipment inventory, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and replacement.
Maintain office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, network connectivity, routers, switches, and basic security controls.
Perform other tasks as required.
Office Administration
Liaising with external vendors on company vehicle maintenance and repair works.
Manage service contract for office and project sites.
Handle documentation and renewals for ISO, attending auditing sessions and manage ESG Certification.
Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
Work with insurance brokers on general insurance renewal and claim matters.
Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, office administration, or a related role.
Administrative role experience in similar industry with relevant certification in WSH, ISO, BizSafe will have an added advantage.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, VPN, and office collaboration tools.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with IT asset management and end-user support is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
