As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a driven Solution Sales Representative to introduce our innovative technology suites to more clients across these sectors.

The Opportunity

Are you a natural relationship-builder who thrives on taking on challenges, opening new doors, and introducing next-generation tech? We are seeking a consultative sales professional who is passionate about helping customers solve complex problems with the latest technology. In this role, you will autonomously develop new business, manage key client accounts, and oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle. Because we believe in total accountability, you will own both the front-end solution design and the critical operational execution, ensuring our engineering team delivers exactly what you promised the client.

Your Role & Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Consultative Sales

  • Lead Generation: Actively research and identify new business opportunities, engaging key decision-makers who require modern technology upgrades.
  • Problem-Solving & Consultation: Evaluate client workflows and propose cutting-edge technical solutions utilizing our premium streaming, broadcast, and AV product lines.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Structure professional project quotations, author technical business proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
  • Account Management: Maintain consistent engagement with established clients to ensure high satisfaction, helping them scale their operations with the latest tech advancements.

2. Sales Operations & Project Coordination

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate customer records and sales tracking within our CRM to ensure seamless project hand-offs.
  • Operational Liaison: Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and engineering teams to schedule site visits and ensure technical specifications perfectly align with client expectations.
  • Project Documentation: Oversee the administrative lifecycle of your accounts—including processing purchase orders, coordinating supplier lead times, and tracking project milestones to guarantee successful delivery.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, or business development. Experience selling IT, Tech, Broadcast, or AV systems is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Aptitude: Keen interest in new media technologies; acumen to leverage the benefits, performance, and unique selling proposition of our solutions (e.g., LiveU, Panopto, etc.) to serve clients more effectively.
  • Professional Skillset: 

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and solution-selling skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM or project management platforms.

- Strong commercial acumen, with a keen eye for detail when handling pricing, purchase orders, and financial paperwork.

  • Mindset: Self-motivated, structured, and highly comfortable managing both high-level client interactions and critical back-end administrative processes.
