Customer Service Restaurant Manager (Seafood Restaurant)

Job Summary

The Customer Service Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the daily front-of-house operations of a seafood restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient restaurant operations, staff supervision, and compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for maintaining high service standards, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the restaurant’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise daily customer service and front-of-house operations.

* Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate service staff to ensure service excellence.

* Welcome guests and address customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

* Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure timely food and beverage service.

* Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall dining experience.

* Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow during peak periods.

* Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies.

* Monitor sales performance, service productivity, and customer satisfaction indicators.

* Assist in inventory control and ordering of operational supplies.

* Prepare operational reports and implement service improvement initiatives.

* Support marketing and promotional activities to increase customer retention and revenue.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations issued by the Singapore authorities.

Job Requirements

* Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business, or related field.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or customer service management.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficient in staff management, customer relations, and operational planning.

* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.

* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Location: Singapore.
