Reporting to: Sales Manager
Package: Dependent upon experience
Working Place: Jurong East
Job Description :
1) Daily purchase order processing
2) Process purchase order receipts and supplier invoices
3) Assist the project manager in issuing purchase requisitions as needed
4) Assist the sales manager in processing sales orders as needed
5) Assist the sales manager in issuing delivery notes as needed
6) Assist the sales manager in issuing sales invoices as needed
7) Process monthly and annual reports
Requirements :
Work History
Must have:
1) More than three years of procurement experience
2) Experience in heavy industry preferred
3) Knowledge of ERP systems
Skills/Qualifications/Training
Must have:
1) Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
2) Responsible, dependable and diligent in work
3) Possess initiative, negotiating and critical thinking skills
4) Able to work independently and possess organizational and communication skills to accomplish goals
5) Adaptable and flexible in accepting changes and responsibilities
