Qualifications/ Work Experiences :

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year's mechanical maintenance experience.

Skills / Knowledge :

• Machines and Equipment installation and commissioning.
• Possess basic knowledge in Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Bearing, Gearbox, Power Transmissions, PLC, AC and DC motors.
• Computer literacy

Responsibilities :

• Carry out the preventative maintenance job and machine maintenance as per schedule
• Updating Preventive Maintenance form upon completion on the maintenance job
• Assist purchasing section to liaise with supplier on the machine spare parts require to replace or purchase
• Troubleshoot and repair assisting machine at production floor
• Updating Notification form Maintenance for record purpose upon completion the repair process
• To prepare machine maintenance schedule
• To perform monthly machine maintenance
• Liaise with specify maintenance supplier on the machine need to repair.
• Monitoring and ensure the maintenance supplier repair the machine as per functional requirement.
• Follow the Company’s environmental policy and procedures and comply with any environmental related legal or regulatory requirements
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
