We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client in Johor Bahru. If you are a proactive professional with a background in subcontract management and contract administration, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Subcontract Management: Prepare schedules for subcontract works, manage the tender invitation process, and evaluate quotations to recommend and award subcontracts.
- Project Coordination: Liaise closely with Project Engineers regarding material, plant, and work charges on behalf of subcontractors.
- Claims Administration: Prepare and submit progress and contractual claims to clients, ensuring timely certification and settlement.
- Payment Verification: Administer, verify, and process subcontractor payments efficiently.
- Final Account Finalization: Oversee the final accounts process with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project closure.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Skills: Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
