1) Project Management

· Plan, supervise, and execute civil, structural, and building projects.

· Review designs, drawings, and specifications for new works, upgrades, or retrofits.

· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety, and building codes.

· Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and project documentation.

2) Façade & Glass System

· Manage façade inspections, maintenance, and glass replacement projects.

· Supervise contractors performing façade repairs or replacements and inventory management

· Ensure glazing systems meet safety and aesthetic standards.

3) Gondola / BMU Operation

· Oversee gondola/BMU operations for façade access and maintenance.

· Ensure operators follow safety standards, load limits, and statutory regulations.

· Coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of gondola systems.

4) Structural & Civil Works

· Conduct structural inspections (concrete, joints, beams, slabs, columns).

· Identify defects, deterioration, or safety concerns; propose corrective measures.

· Supervise minor civil repair works: concrete spalling, plaster repairs, floor slabs, partitions, ceilings.

· Maintain roof, terrace, podium, and hardscape areas, including waterproofing and drainage systems.

5) Statutory Compliance & Safety

· Ensure all civil works comply with local building codes, DOSH/BOMBA regulations, and safety standards.

· Conduct risk assessments and ensure permit-to-work (PTW) procedures are followed.

· Support statutory inspections and audits.

6) Project Coordination & Contractor Management

· Supervise contractors for civil, structural, and façade works.

· Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and authorities for approvals.

· Evaluate work quality, timelines, and safety compliance.

7) Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, projects, and maintenance.

· Prepare reports on project progress, civil system performance, and incident reports.

· Track materials, contractor performance, and project costs.

Pay: RM2,011.96 - RM7,977.01 per month
