• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
• Promote and sell the company's range of construction materials, paint, and hardware products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and project owners.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential opportunities for additional sales.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Prepare sales reports and achieve project sales targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction industry.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and project sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel for client visits and project meetings.
