Role Focus

As an Events Assistant, you will support an events operations team responsible for creating seamless experiences for attendees while ensuring events run efficiently from start to finish. This opportunity is ideal for students seeking more than a traditional part-time job and who want meaningful professional exposure through real-world event operations.

This flexible, on-site role provides hands-on experience in live event execution, guest engagement, and operational coordination within structured, fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do

• Support guest registration, reception, and attendee guidance.
• Assist with ushering, seating coordination, and crowd management.
• Contribute to event setup, teardown, and basic logistical support.
• Help ensure smooth programme flow through timing and transition coordination.
• (Optional) Assist with basic event content capture, including photography and short-form video.
