Position:* Customer IT Support Representative*

Salary Range: $2,400 – $2,700

Work Location: Ubi / Kaki Bukit (Downtown Line)

Working Hours:

8:30 PM – 8:30 AM (Night Shift)

(Work 2 days rest 2 days)

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

1. At least 1 year of Contact Centre experience is required.

2. Good customer service and communication skills.

3. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Confident in handling customer enquiries, including difficult situations, in a professional manner.

5. Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

6. Able to draft clear and professional email responses to customers.

7. Familiar with Smart TV operations and mobile applications (download, install & uninstall apps).

8. Comfortable using a PC and browsing the internet.

9. Basic knowledge of PC and software troubleshooting.

10. Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred as the role involves supporting Mandarin-speaking clients. Non-Mandarin speaking candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,700.00 per month
