Position: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – English & Mandarin)

Work Location: Ubi / Kaki Bukit (Downtown Line)

Working Hours
Default Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Public Holidays: Off

Shift Rotation (Rotational between 2 staff)

Morning Shift (A)

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Afternoon Shift (B)

• Monday to Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Minimum Qualification
Nitec or above

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Contact Centre experience is required.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
• Confident in handling difficult customer enquiries in a professional manner.
• Able to draft clear and professional email responses to customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for report generation.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Good phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate dedication, commitment, and a positive team player attitude.
• Mandarin proficiency is required as the role involves supporting Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to work on weekends. (Public Holidays are excluded.)
