To provide technical support to teaching activities, special projects / events and be responsible for laboratory equipment installation / maintenance and training session preparation;
(b)
To assist lecturers during laboratory, practical classes and field works;
(c)
To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores and equipment; and
(d)
To assist in implementing safety measures in laboratories and maintaining the tidiness of the workshops / laboratories.
Requirements:
(a)
A recognised diploma or higher certificate in the areas of Nursing, Health Care or relevant disciplines;
(b)
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in the areas of clinical services, health-related settings;
(c)
Knowledge of safety management for dangerous substances;
(d)
Good work initiative and be a good team player; and
(e)
Good computer knowledge and experience in using simulation equipment and e-learning system is preferred.
Notes:
(1)
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic/professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic/professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2)
The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites and outside normal office hours.
