岗位职责
1) Handling travel visas (must have knowledge of it)
2) Travel arrangements for booking accommodations & air-tickets for directors, director's family, staffs and customer
3) Handle government funding applications
4) Provide assistance to Director
5) Perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls, greeting guests, serving tea/coffee, handling mails & courier
6) coordinating with accountant
7) Handle office & equipment maintenance, filing & record
8) Provide all round administrative and clerical supports
9) Assist in the Hong Kong Jewellery Exhibitions
10) pay all bills online or bank in cheques
11) shipments handling
12) handle and create database
11) Perform ad-hoc project as assigned
#Requirement
1. HK PR
2. Fluent in english, cantonses, mandarian in writing, reading and speaking
3. Long term commitment
4. Fresh Graduate also can apply
5. Sound general knowledge
6. knowledge in Diamond & Jewellery (plus point)
