Overview
As part of the company’s local expansion and growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive business development, lead key accounts, and expand market presence within the electrical MRO and A&A segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive business development strategy within assigned markets and sectors
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, electrical contractors, and stakeholders
- Provide technical consultation and recommend tailored electrical solutions
- Oversee the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Deliver high-quality technical presentations and solution proposals
- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to team performance and capability building
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue, and profitability goals
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in electrical / technical sales
- Strong network with electrical contractors, FM companies, and MRO/A&A project stakeholders
- Proven track record in technical solution sales and revenue generation
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive strategic sales initiatives
- Experience in low-voltage products, electrical systems, or distribution solutions
- Familiarity with GeBIZ and project/tender processes is an advantage
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders
