About the Company

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated fresh graduates to join our Graduate Management Trainee Program. This structured development program is designed to equip future leaders with practical experience, business knowledge, and leadership skills through rotational assignments, hands-on projects, and mentorship across various departments.

About the Role

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will gain exposure to different aspects of the business, develop problem-solving and decision-making skills, and prepare for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across various departments.
• Learn and understand the company's operations, products, services, policies, and business processes.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities within assigned departments.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business projects and improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to develop technical and leadership competencies.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers through effective communication and teamwork.
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or other related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to one year of working experience are also welcome.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, clients, and business partners.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel or be rotated across different departments if required.
