We are looking for Cook II (Waterfall) to join our team!

• Assist in preparing and cooking Italian or Mediterranean dishes (e.g. pasta, seafood, salads, grills) following recipes and presentation standards.
• Support daily mise en place and setup for lunch and dinner service.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at your workstation.
• Work closely with the Chef de Partie and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow portion control and minimize food waste.
• Assist with receiving and storing ingredients properly.
  
  

Requirement

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in Italian, Mediterranean, or Western cuisine.
