What you will be doing:

• Be a strong strategic thinker who is capable of partnering with other leads to set a solid foundation from which great creative work can take shape

• Benchmark creative output against leading players in the market and develop quality creative assets and content that attracts, informs, and engages target audiences

• Oversee multiple projects from brief through execution

• Collaborate in executing concepts with directors, photographers, illustrators, etc.

• Act as one of the agency’s creative leaders and produce compelling content across various platforms

• Pitch creative solutions and executions with modest budgets

• Think big picture and break down to the small details

• Be knowledgeable about the industry trends and done-before

• Take and give constructive criticism

What you need for this position:

• Over 12 years of relevant work experience

• Desire to lead and mentor team members while still executing

• Excellent presentation skills and comfort interacting with clients of all levels

• Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely and helpful feedback

• Strong communication abilities across internal and client organizations

• A high degree of drive and accountability

• Client-focused with a strong sense of service-based business, attention to details and urgency

• Excellent communicator, both verbally and written, with people at all levels of an organization

• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Senior Copy Writer
