Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, perform feasibility studies and impact analysis for SAP S4HANA (FI/CO) and related financial systems

• Perform technical design, development, unit testing and integration testing to deliver high‑performance, scalable, flexible and reliable systems

• Work with project teams to perform system integration, testing and production environment setup, deployment and release

• Produce high‑quality deliverables based on a thorough understanding of business and technical requirements

• Provide technical support during system development and production roll‑out

• Participate in the design, development and integration of AI‑enabled solutions (e.g. automation, analytics, decision‑support use cases) within SAP and other landscapes

• Assist in data preparation, feature engineering and model integration for AI or machine‑learning–based applications

• Collaborate with business users, data engineers and solution architects to identify opportunities for applying AI, automation and intelligent analytics to improve business processes

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business requirements analysis, business process design, system design and configuration, system testing, user training and go‑live support of ERP systems

• Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Group Reporting is a plus

• Exposure to AI / machine learning concepts, such as supervised learning, model evaluation, or intelligent automation, is an advantage

• Hands‑on experience or basic knowledge in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages for data analysis or AI development is preferred

• Familiarity with data processing, data modeling, and analytics tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, or equivalent platforms) is a plus

• Experience in integrating AI or automation components with enterprise systems (e.g. APIs, services, or cloud platforms) is an advantage

• Relevant SAP or AI‑related certifications are an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Responsible, proactive and a good team player

• Good communication skills and capable of handling multiple projects

• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
