Gangyu Smart Urban Services Holding Limited has been listed on the Main Board of HKEx (Stock Code: 0265) for over a decade. With a solid financial foundation and exciting growth plans, we are seeking a capable and well-rounded professional to drive our finance function forward.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting for PRC and Hong Kong entities, including full group consolidation and the preparation of annual and interim reports in compliance with HKFRS and regulatory requirements.

• Manage consolidation reporting packages, statutory filings, and hands-on tax computation and filings for the Group.

• Supervise a small PRC team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Resolve complex accounting issues and liaise with internal teams and external advisors on audit and valuation matters, while maintaining strong internal controls, compliance, and risk management.

• Perform ad hoc duties and support special projects as required.

Key Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent).

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in auditing and financial/management reporting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Solid, hands-on experience in group consolidation and statutory tax computation and filing is essential.

• Experience in a listed company and familiarity with Hong Kong listing rules and statutory reporting requirements are preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Result-oriented with a strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.

• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods, including interim and annual reporting cycles.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
