The Kasper Group is a leading women's apparel company with a portfolio of iconic brands including Kasper, Jones New York, Anne Klein, Le Suit, Kenneth Cole, and Calvin Klein.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented talent to join our growing team and provide support for our New York office:

Job Description:

• Set up Wips after proposal with full T&A's

• Launch any needed lining dips with our suppliers, ensure that T&A is in line with our bulk fabric

• Track Review all Testing and Inspection Reports

• Make sure to set up care code in PLM/Centric for each style   

• Distro WIPS to factory's and mill's weekly with updates

• Track Fabric from initial approval stage until shipped/received by factory      

• Follow up with factory once goods received to ensure 10% inspection is done upon receipt              

• Any issues should be communicated to supervisors so that a resolution is found within 72 hours

• Regular meetings with NY Fabric & Production Teams

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, diploma in Textiles or related discipline is an advantage

• 2-5 years of experience in Fabric/Trim with US market

• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Knowledge of RLM and Centric systems is a plus

• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good team player, detail-minded and excellent communication skills
