️ What You’ll Do

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a key link between our suppliers, site teams, and project managers. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing basic Bills of Quantities (BQ) and assisting with cost estimation
• Generating quotations based on project scope and supplier inputs
• Sourcing and liaising with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and on-time delivery
• Understanding project requirements and aligning procurement accordingly
• Coordinating with site personnel to ensure timely material delivery and logistics
• Maintaining organised records of quotations, purchases, and supplier communications
• Supporting site teams: progress reporting, project documentation, archiving, and planning

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a similar role is a bonus — but not required! We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to read and interpret basic project plans or specifications
• Comfortable working with multicultural teams and external vendors
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic documentation tools

Work Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
