As we continue to expand our Malaysia operations, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support our growing team.

## What You'll Be Doing

As the HR Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources for our Malaysia operations, including:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across multiple clinic locations.
• Partner with Operations to support manpower planning and business expansion.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Oversee monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and all relevant labour regulations.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
• Analyse HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve workforce productivity and retention.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small HR team while supporting continuous improvement across HR operations.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to implement HR initiatives and best practices.

## What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, F&B, or other multi-site service industries will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, payroll administration, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB).
• Hands-on experience handling recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with employees, management, and regional stakeholders.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and occasionally to Singapore for meetings and business needs.
