Our client is an international conglomerate and is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide HR support for their regional office in Singapore.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the effective management of the full spectrum of HR in areas including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, learning and talent development, employee engagement &relations, compensation & benefits and payroll
• Play an advisory role to business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives.
• Act as point of contact for complex HR issues, providing advice as appropriate based on local laws and legislations
• Responsible for the performance management system and promotions cycle.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree qualified with 8 to 12 years’ experience across the full spectrum of HR
• Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be flexible and agile to changing business needs
