- Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, including incident response and on-call participation.
- Improve reliability through monitoring, alerting, and proactive performance management.
- Work closely with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes.
- Maintain runbooks, operational standards, and support mentoring across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science with 3 years experience in Azure cloud
- Experience operating and supporting SaaS platforms in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting IIS with .NET applications.
- Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
- Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing (Datadog experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills during incidents.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containerisation, and supporting tools.
- Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Good to have experience in Scripting or automation skills (C# is a plus), experience with Remote Desktop Architecture, basic Linux experience
- Security-focused engineering or compliance experience.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly Terraform.
- Customer-facing incident communication experience.
