We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Operations Assistant to support our daily business operations. If you enjoy organizing tasks, coordinating activities, and ensuring things run smoothly, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and data entry
- Must be familiar with social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general inquiries
- Assist with coordination of daily operational activities
- Maintain and update company records and reports
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers when required
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrative or operations roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
