Job Scope:
- Create and manage digital content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Plan and produce engaging content such as photos, videos, reels, and short-form content related to laundry services and promotions
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales
- Write captions, promotional posts, and advertisement copy in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Handle basic photo & video editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages on social media
- Analyze content performance (views, engagement, reach) and suggest improvements
- Support in managing online ads (Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads)
- Assist in maintaining and updating company website / digital platforms
- Work closely with operations team to create real-time content (behind-the-scenes, daily operations, customer experience)

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (IG, FB, TikTok)
- Creative mindset and willing to learn
