PH Palm Express Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Mill Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bandar Penawar, Johor. As a full-time Mill Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily mill operations to ensure efficient production, product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise daily mill operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
• Monitor processing parameters and ensure product quality meets specifications
• Coordinate with boiler, engine room, and maintenance team for continuous operation
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements
• Monitor manpower deployment and shift performance
• Troubleshoot operational issues and take corrective actions
• Ensure proper housekeeping and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Prepare daily production and operation reports
• Ensure equipment is operated according to SOP and work instructions
• Assist in planning maintenance and shutdown activities
• Ensure compliance with DOSH, DOE, and company regulations

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of working experience in palm oil mill operations
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work on shift and handle emergency situations
• Responsible and able to work under pressure
