Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing goods and services required by the company.
Ensures cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and contracts
- Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries
- Maintain supplier relationships and performance records
- Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and budget
- Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing needs
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain principles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good analytical and cost evaluation ability
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office & ability to create manual guidelines/process
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
