Job Responsibilities:1. Documentation & Inspection
- Maintain and organize all site-related documents, including site diaries, delivery orders (DO), inspection forms, permits, and safety records.
- Ensure all inspection and safety forms are properly completed, signed, and filed.
- Update and manage filing systems for both hardcopy and digital records.
2. Procurement & Inventory
- Coordinate material requisitions and follow up with suppliers or procurement teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of tools, equipment, and site materials.
- Assist in tracking delivery schedules and equipment rentals.
3. Site Coordination
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and head office regarding project schedules and site requirements.
- Support the site manager in ensuring smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing reports for site meetings and audits.
4. Compliance & Safety
- Verify all site staff have valid permits, CIDB cards, and safety certifications.
- Assist in preparing documents for safety audits, inspections, and quality control checks.
5. General Administrative Support
- Manage site petty cash and expense claims.
- Prepare minutes of site meetings when required.
- Provide general clerical support to the project/site manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant site administration or coordination experience. Fresh graduates with internship experience in construction may also apply.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to be based at Johor Bahru.
- Familiarity with site inspection forms, safety audits, and project documentation is required.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
