JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Focus on technical coordination and resolution of engineering issues on-site, including interpretation of drawings, specifications, and ensuring technical compliance.
To prepare and maintain daily site progress.
- Coordinate with the Machinery Department for mobilisation, servicing, and repair of machinery, equipment, plants, and site utilities.
- Liaise with the Safety Department to implement and maintain site safety requirements.
- Supervise and monitor sub-contractors’ work progress and performance on site.
- Identify and report discrepancies between structural, architectural, and M&E drawings to the consultant.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager on the procurement of building materials for site operations.
- Organise and chair sub-contractor meetings and attend technical interface meetings with clients and consultants.
- Review structural drawings and prepare/submit Requests for Information (RFI) to consultants.
- Vet and ensure compliance with approved method statements and work instructions.
- Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, material samples, and preparation of As-Built drawings.
- Conduct quality inspections on sub-contractor works and maintain proper inspection records.
- Implement and track corrective actions for customer complaints and non-conformances within the stipulated timeframe.
- Recommend corrective measures for work progress and verify project claims.
- Issue site memos and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to sub-contractors and ensure timely closure
- Close all customer complaints and internal/external NCRs raised by clients or consultants.
- Reject materials delivered to site that do not meet specifications or quality standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 2- 3 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Primavera
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)

- Applicants must be prepared to be based in Cameron Highland which there will an allowance to cover on the house rental.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
