1.0 Job Responsibilities
1. Electrical Systems Management
- Manage and maintain LV electrical distribution systems, including DBs, MSB, transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators, and essential power systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for electrical failures.
- Ensure proper load balancing, power quality monitoring, and overall system reliability.
2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) for electrical equipment.
- Review and continuously improve PM checklists, SOPs, and maintenance plans.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for servicing, testing, and inspections.
- Promptly identify and resolve facility operation issues, coordinating with internal teams or external contractors as required.
3. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all electrical systems and works comply with ST requirements and internal safety guidelines.
- Support safety audits, electrical inspections, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation, including single-line diagrams, equipment logs, and technical reports.
4. Facilities Operation Support
- Support day-to-day facility operations, including lighting, HVAC, production equipment power feeds, and general building services.
- Assist in energy monitoring and power consumption tracking.
- Stand by and respond to emergencies, breakdowns, and on-call duties when required.
5. Project & Improvement Work
- Assist in new installations, upgrades, and expansion projects.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical systems and facility operations.
2.0 Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a high level of responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate others and lead or manage teams and projects.
- Willing to provide on-call support when required.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle stress effectively.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
