• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring HVAC projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, quotations, purchase orders, work schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks to support on-time project completion.
• Prepare project correspondence, meeting minutes, and site documentation.
• Track project costs, invoices, and payment records, and assist with budget monitoring.
• Coordinate site access, work permits, inspections, and project meetings.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for project records, drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding project updates and documentation.
• Support procurement activities by obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring deliveries.
• Assist in preparing project completion documents, handover files, and warranty documentation.
• Perform other administrative and project-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
