Job Descriptions:

• Manpower arrangement and prepare reports.
• Oversee the Production Department scheduling, production control and inventory movement.
• To ensure that records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable.
• Supervise a team of group leaders in carrying out their daily job responsibilities and meet production yield and target.
• Motivate and develope a cohesive production team.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Initiate, recommend, investigate, trouble-shoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities.
• Enforce company policies, including safety and health requirement and compliance to ISO.
• Maintain good housekeeping, safety and cleanliness practices.
• Report to Manager all non-conformances & prevention action taken.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical & Metals.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Required languages to read/write/spoken: Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Understanding of chemical processes, self-motivation, achievement oriented and able to work with minimum supervision, good people management skill, computer literate, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Engineering - Manufacturing, Chemical or equivalent.
• Able to work in Pontian, Johor.
